The Town of Union Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing
Monday, June 2nd, 2025 at 7:30 pm. at the Union Town Hall 1043 Buckley
Highway, Union, CT.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of:
Gregory Jackson for a variance of the Town of Union Zoning Regulations,
Section 2.10.01, Accessory Uses Permitted; to build a storage shed on the
southernmost island located on Mashapaug Lake. (Map #17, Block #12, Lot
#037)
and to consider the request of Gregory Jackson and Dan and Mia Kelleher for a
variance of the Town of Union Zoning Regulations, Section 2.10.01, Accessory
Uses Permitted, to build two storage sheds on a non-conforming lot on Ferry
Tavern Road. (Map #17, Block #12, Lot #036)
