Those wishing to appeal their real estate or personal property tax assessments must submit a completed appeal application to the Assessor’s Office, due no later than February 20.

Failure to file a written request on a timely basis waives the right of the taxpayer to appear before the Board. Application forms are available in the Assessor’s Office.
