Energy Assistance- Income eligible households at risk of going without heat during the winter may apply for Connecticut Energy Assistance or the Contingency Heating Assistance Program. Programs provide deliverable fuel and also replace inoperable heating systems or repair, clean, tune and test systems. Holiday Food Drive Donations being accepted beginning November 1

HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE It's that time of year again. Time to remember those friends and neighbors in need. The Congregational Church of Union, the Town of Union and the Union Free Public Library are jointly calling for donations of non-perishable foods or grocery gift cards to help folks have a good Christmas holiday meal. Tax Collector’s Notice – 2nd Payment of Real Estate and Personal Property Due in January

TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE All persons liable to pay taxes to the Town of Union are hereby notified that I have a warrant to collect a tax of 23.68 mils on a dollar on the Grand List of October 1, 2024. The second payment of Real Estate and Personal Property taxes and the Motor Vehicle Supplemental List taxes are due and payable January 1, 2026.
