The Congregational Church of Union, the Town of Union and the Union Free Public Library are jointly calling for donations of non-perishable foods or grocery gift cards to help folks have a good Christmas holiday meal.     TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE All persons liable to pay taxes to the Town of Union are hereby notified that I have a warrant to collect a tax of 23.68 mils on a dollar on the Grand List of October 1, 2024. The second payment of Real Estate and Personal Property taxes and the Motor Vehicle Supplemental List taxes are due and payable January 1, 2026.     UNION250 In 2026, the United States will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the founding of the country.  Everyone can be a part of the CT250 TOWN OF UNION celebration and events! We will be meeting the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Community Room. Please join us! There will be a few fundraisers scheduled to help cover expenses for our town events.
