Energy Assistance- Income eligible households at risk of going without heat during the winter may apply for Connecticut Energy Assistance or the Contingency Heating Assistance Program. Programs provide deliverable fuel and also replace inoperable heating systems or repair, clean, tune and test systems. The Town of Union is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Assessor. This is a part-time, salaried position that provides technical and administrative assistance to the Assessor and assumes responsibility for the office during the public open hours.
