TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE – TOWN OF UNION
All persons liable to pay taxes to the town of Union are hereby notified that I have a warrant to collect a tax of 22.76 mils on a dollar on the Grand List of October 1, 2025 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Due dates are July 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027.
Town taxes of $100.00 or less on Real Estate and Personal Property and ALL Motor Vehicles taxes must be paid in full in one installment on July 1, 2026.
If the tax is not paid within one month of the due date INTEREST of 1 ½% per month or fraction thereof from the due date, and all legal fees for collecting will be charged. Minimum interest is $2.00 per State Statute.
Payment may be made at the Union Town Hall at 1043 Buckley Highway, Union, Connecticut on:
Tuesdays 9:00AM – 12:00Noon
Wednesdays 9:00AM – 12:00Noon
