NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS AND CITIZENS QUALIFIED TO VOTE IN TOWN MEETINGS OF THE TOWN OF UNION, CONNECTICUT will be held in the Town Room at the Union Town Hall, 1043 Buckley Highway Union, Connecticut on May 11, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to discuss and vote (by paper ballot) on the following items.

1. Shall the Town of Union vote to approve the revisions to the Union Town Ordinance titled “Town of Union Driveway Ordinance” (effective date July 1, 2001) Proposed revision effective July 1, 2026, copies available at the Town Hall Town Clerk’s office.
2. Shall the Town of Union vote to approve the Transfer of $24,000.00 from the General Fund into the Capital projects account, to be used for the Town’s Municipal Match for STEAP award 0145-0110.
3. Shall the Town of Union vote to approve the Budget for Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027 for the sum of $3,897,385.00.
