The Town received a quote for ransomware insurance through CIRMA. It has been recommended by the Town insurance agent that the least-cost plan available be purchased for the balance of the current fiscal year, as prices are dramatically increasing for cyber coverage. The quote is for $1,650, which is not in the 2020-2021 budget.

SM Heck made a motion to initiate payment on the Ransomware Coverage quote. Option #2, on the quote provided by Insurance Provider Group, effective until 1/8/2021. Motion seconded by Selectman Huda. Vote was unanimous.

Executive Order 9R regarding the Covid-19 property tax low interest rate program was extended. Maintaining the same program does not require any further action, in Town or with State. The Tax Collector will include the information in the Town tax notices.
