Board of Appeals met March 12, 2016 10:00 a.m. at the Union Town Hall

Old Business:

The minutes of the February 24,2016 were read. H.K. motioned to accept. e.S.

second motion. Approved.

New Business:

I Two claims were heard and discussed. At 10:05 a.m. claim heard in regards to

, Mr. Paul Savoie DBA BPSHome Improvement. At 10:20a.m. the Board of Appeals

recommendation that assessment remain the same as 2015 for an assessment of $2,344 .

At 10:26 a.m. claim heard in regards to Gordon and Tiffany Szych of 18 Gilbronson Rd. At 10:57

a.m. decision reached. Board of Appeals denied claim due to the fact that the complaints of the

claim filed can be made whole by the home owner and repairs made should be under home

owner responsibilities. The physical floor plan and layout of home should have been considered

prior to purchase.

I End of Business:

At 11:15 a.m. e.S. motion to accept March 9, 2016 minutes. The "I's" have it and board

members accept motion. At 11:20 a.m. a motion to accept minutes by e.s. motion seconded by

J.e. motion accepted. At 11:26 a.m. motion to end meeting on 03/12/16 by J.e. seconded by

H.K. The Town of Union Board of Appeals meeting ends.
