DESCRIPTION:LEGAL NOTICE \nSeptember Meeting \nBoard of Assessment Appeals \nTown of Union \nAll owners of motor vehicles registered in the town of Union are hereby warned that the Board of Assessment Appeals of the Town of Union will meet in open session in the Town Hall upstairs conference room on Friday\, September 8\, 2023 from 7:30PM to 8:30PM for the sole purpose of hearing appeals related to the assessment of motor vehicles. \nAll persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the assessor of the Town of Union regarding motor vehicle assessments on the current year’s Grand List are hereby warned to make their appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals at this meeting. \nFailure to attend this meeting waives the right of the taxpayer to appeal their motor vehicle assessment for the current tax year. \nDavid M.
