Email from CT Greenbank regarding the Union Town Hall Solar True Up Statement. Due to lower than expected solar energy system performance, the Town is owed $471.82 from CT Green Bank. Following discussion, Selectman Heck made a motion to take this amount in a credit, and, going forward, to move into actual billing, paying on a monthly basis for the exact amount of solar supplied, thus avoiding the annual “true up” process due to estimated billing. Motion seconded by First Selectman Eaton. Vote was unanimous.
ClearCom submitted the assessment report for the Town Hall computer systems. Some of the recommendations were discussed. It was determined that further review and discussion will be necessary and continued at the June 17 meeting.
