The May 17, 2017 meeting was called to order at 7:30  p.m. by M. Silbermann.


 L. Fitzgerald moved to approve minutes, seconded by J. Popovitch.  Minutes of 5/3/2017 approved.

Mr. Chris Ruskin interested in 403 Bigelow Hollow Rd. attended requesting information related to running a business.  Will come back June 7 with application.

Gary Trinque and Rachel Trinque attended the meeting with concerns that the mud room, deck and bonus room were not given permits at time they were built.  Deck is slightly larger than original, but has permit.  Needs CO from building inspector for mud room and bonus room but these were included in original permit for house.  24 Stickney Hill Rd.

Motion to add Jim Trinque to agenda made by K. Braithwaite, seconded by L. Fitzgerald.  Mr. Trinque wants to put in a propane filling station at property located at 664 Buckley Hwy.  1000 gal tank.  Will submit application and $85.00 application fee paid.  Application accepted.  Will be on agenda for 6/7/2017.

Mr. Kerr and Mr. Roy’s application for house on Old Barrows Rd was reviewed.  L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve Zoning Permit #17009, seconded by K. Braithwaite.  Motion carried.

Mr. Gottier’s application to reclaim pond at 5 Town Hall Rd was discussed.  L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve, seconded by J. Popovitch.  Motion carried.

Various letters were received by the Commission related to Blasting.  Will invite representative from Windham Material to next meeting.

Longley well on Howard Rd. was discussed.  Still have not received a map of well location related to lot lines. 

L. Fitzgerald made a motion to adjourn seconded by J. Popovitch, the motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
