The December 16, 2015, meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by L. Fitzgerald.

B. Lambert made a motion to seat the alternate, C. Berner.  J. Popovitch seconded and the motion carried.

J. Popovitch made a motion to approve the minutes from 11/18/15.  B. Lambert seconded and the motion carried.

L. Fitzgerald updated the members present on the plans for Campers Inn.  They will need to modify their applications.

L. Fitzgerald updated the members present on NELL - Windham Materials in back working there.  She had a copy of the bond.

L. Fitzgerald notified the ZEO that McGlone on Whipple land has gotten a permit from the health district to do an addition but no zoning application has been submitted.  D. Eaton will check on this.

C. Berner made a motion to adjourn.  J. Popovitch seconded and the motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
