The April 21, 2021 meeting was called to order via ZOOM and in person at 7:30 p.m. by B. Kapplan.
Minutes from 4/7/2021 were reviewed and approved.
An application from Mr. & Mrs. Woronecki to build a house at 356(ar) Stickney Hill Rd was reviewed. L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve application, seconded by B. Lambert. All in favor, motion carried. Permit #21006 issued.
Mr. Joseph Orefice of 18 Old Barrow Rd attended the meeting with an application to build a temporary farm stand, well pump house, pole barn, green house and addition to barn. L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve application, seconded by B. Lambert. All in favor, motion carried. Permit #21007 issued, $210.00 application fee paid. An ‘asbuilt’ will not be required. He would like the farm stand to be open year round. This would require a Special Permit. There was further discussion on this. Mr. Orefice did not agree with this. It will be discussed further at the next meeting.
The POCD was discussed. The date for the hearing was moved to June 2, 2021.
A street number of 19 Kinney Hollow Rd. was assigned to the ‘Grove.
M. Kneeland, ZEO had sent 2 letters out. First regarding a possible deck at 990 Buckley Hwy. Second regarding the Lot line adjustment at 66 Cemetery Rd. Third regarding a shed at 90 Cemetery Rd. He also indicated that he was reported by the State DOT regarding filling of wetlands on property he owns at the intersection of Buckley Hwy and East Bound entrance ramp to I84. He contacted DEEP and will submit a wetland application at the next meeting.
J. Popovitch made a motion to adjourn, seconded by B. Lambert. Meeting adjourned at 8:32 pm.
