DESCRIPTION:TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE – TOWN OF UNION \n  \n  \nAll persons liable to pay taxes to the town of Union are hereby notified that I have a warrant to collect a tax of 22.76 mils on a dollar on the Grand List of October 1\, 2025 for the fiscal year beginning July 1\, 2026 and ending June 30\, 2027.      Due dates are July 1\, 2026 and January 1\, 2027. \nTown taxes of $100.00 or less on Real Estate and Personal Property and ALL Motor Vehicles taxes must be paid in full in one installment on July 1\, 2026. \nIf the tax is not paid within one month of the due date INTEREST of 1 ½% per month or fraction thereof from the due date\, and all legal fees for collecting will be charged.
